Terms and conditions
1. Who you are buying from
Cepimac BV, Rochesterlaan 11, 8470 Gistel, Belgium. VAT BE 0656.824.216. E-mail info@aquamatix.eu, telephone +32 50 58 02 27. Aquamatix is a brand of Cepimac BV.
2. How a contract is formed
Placing an order through this site is an offer to buy. The contract comes into being when we confirm your order by e-mail after payment. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or the delivery address is outside the countries we ship to; in that case any payment is returned in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro and include VAT at the rate of the delivery country. Delivery costs are shown separately before you order and are added to the total. Payment is handled by Mollie B.V.; we never see or store your card or bank details.
4. Delivery
We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Orders placed before 14:00 CET on a working day are normally dispatched the same or the next working day. Delivery is usually two to five working days depending on the country. These are expectations, not guarantees; if delivery will take materially longer we will tell you.
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. The full instructions and the model form are on the withdrawal page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Warranty and conformity
Goods are covered by the statutory guarantee of conformity, and we give a two-year commercial warranty on our own products from the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage from installation contrary to the manual, from foreign objects put into the unit, from frost, or from normal wear of consumable parts such as the carbon filter.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it.
8. Complaints and disputes
Write to info@aquamatix.eu first; we would rather fix it than argue about it. If we cannot agree, consumers in the EU may use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform. Belgian law applies, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection of the country in which you live.
9. Your data
What we collect and why is set out in the privacy policy. In short: we keep your order and address so we can deliver it, invoice it, and meet our accounting obligations.
