When idle for a long period(eg. holidays), we recommend that you turn off the water supply to the toilet served by the unit and disconnect the macerator from the power supply.

A toilet connected to this unit can be used like any normal toilet, and requires minimum maintenance. The unit will be activated automatically as soon as the required level of water enters the macerator pump.

The motor thermal protector will operate once the motor is overheated. When this happens unplug the plug from the socket-outlet, then plug in again, the appliance will work normal after waiting about 30-60minutes

Only the disposal of toilet papers, faecal matter, and waste water canl be poured into toilet. Any damage due to foreign bodies such as cotton, condoms, sanitary towels, wet wipes, food, hair, metal, wood or plastic objects, cannot be poured into toilet. Solvents, acids and other chemicals can also cause damage to the unit, and will invalidate the warranty.
